Specialist Cars Bodyshop has 12 highly skilled technicians with over 100 years of experience to offer between them. We are authorised by BMW and MINI but also work on most other cars. The Bodyshop is run by Peter Panico, Bodyshop Manager working alongside his colleagues in the front office; Jacqui reception, Jason and Andy Olivant estimating and Andy Bird who does workshop/quality control. Feel free to call Peter or his colleagues at any time you need any advice or guidance on repairing your car. They will talk you through any matter on the phone or invite you in for a coffee whilst they look at the car to decide what to do next. The business started over 20 years ago working alongside our BMW colleagues at Hertford Road in Stevenage with Specialist Cars. From then we expanded with the rest of the business into new premises at London Road Stevenage and then 10 years ago we found bespoke Bodyshop premises here in Hitchin.   We are proud to run two full size paint ovens and 12 ramps and utilize the very latest sophisticated technology from BMW and MINI ensuring any cars leaving our workshop are as immaculate, sometimes better, than before any repairs were necessary. We cover all types of work including especially insurance work and we will have already worked closely with virtually any insurance company you could name, ensuring our standards are as high as you can find. We employ infra-red drying systems which ensure those speedy repairs are thoroughly cured prior to painting.
